Change agin for the metro line 13 and get off at the station Liège. Take the rue d'Amsterdam on the the left and the rue de Parme is the third on the right. From North station, take the metro line 2 till Place de Clichy, follow the rue de Clichy, rue de Parme is the first street on the left.
